Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the TOPAY Network website and services operated by the TOPAY Foundation.

TOPAY Network provides a quantum-resistant, interest-free blockchain platform. You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are prohibited from using the Service to:

  • Exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm minors in any way.
  • Transmit any advertising or promotional material, including "spam".
  • Impersonate or attempt to impersonate TOPAY Foundation, an employee, or any other person.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of TOPAY Foundation and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of TOPAY Foundation.

4. Risks Related to Blockchain

You acknowledge that using blockchain technology involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • Risk of software weaknesses (though we strive for quantum resistance).
  • Regulatory uncertainty in various jurisdictions.
  • Risk of loss of private keys or access credentials.
  • Volatility of crypto-assets.

TOPAY Foundation is not responsible for any losses you may incur due to these risks.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TOPAY Foundation, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
